Perfect Plastic Printing has more than 50 years of card manufacturing experience. We began as plastic printers and have grown as the card industry has grown. Card manufacturing has grown well beyond printing, but printing is still the key to getting beautiful, quality cards into your customer’s hands. We pride ourselves on being the best in the industry and have taken the next step to, not only grow our capacity, but our capabilities as well.
Perfect Plastic Printing is proud to announce the addition of a new 7-Color Heidelberg Offset Press coming mid-2017. This press provides us with the best of both worlds – new technology allows us to produce small runs more efficiently while an offset press still allows us to produce large runs that are not capable on a digital press.
The new Heidelberg 7-Color press also allows us to produce cards in a Multicolor workflow, printing 4 color process with 3 additional colors to more accurately produce a PMS match not able to be produced in standard process printing.
We are excited for the opportunities that 2017 will bring with the addition of the latest offset technology from Heidelberg.
