Our Print on Demand service is designed to make the card production process simple and easy to follow. Once artwork is approved, PPP can help turn blank white card stock into fully finished, personalized cards without requiring clients to manage production details, inventory, or technical setup. Using secure image handling and high-resolution retransfer printing, we help deliver consistent, professional results at scale.
How the Process Works
- Order Blank Stock
To get started, the client orders blank white cards. The cost of the blank card stock will depend on the quantity ordered. - Submit Artwork for Approval
Next, the client provides the graphic image to be printed on the card. Before production can begin, the artwork must be reviewed and approved by the appropriate association. PPP will also provide a sample printed card for first-piece approval, giving the client an opportunity to confirm the final look before moving forward. - Assign an Image Number
Once the artwork is approved, PPP assigns it a unique image number. This number becomes the production reference used to identify the correct artwork during the manufacturing process. - Add the Image to the Secure Library
PPP then loads the approved artwork into the secure production image library. This helps ensure controlled access, repeatable use, and consistency each time the card is produced. - Configure the Production File
Finally, PPP adds a field to the production layout that references the assigned image number. This tells the production system which approved image to apply to each card.

Production Technology – Artista Printer
Cards are personalized using the Artista Retransfer Printing System. This technology is well suited for secure, high-quality card production and helps support consistent results across larger production runs.
