Our Print on Demand service makes it easy to go from approved artwork to fully finished, personalized cards without the headaches of managing production, inventory, or technical setup. With secure image handling and high-resolution retransfer printing, we deliver consistent, production-ready results at scale.
How the Process Works
- Order Blank Stock
Clients begin by ordering blank white cards. Pricing varies based on quantity. - Artwork Submission & Approval
The client submits the graphic image. All artwork must be approved by the association before production can proceed. - Image Registration
Once approved, the artwork is assigned a unique image number, which serves as the production reference. - Library Setup
PPP loads the approved image into the secure production image library for controlled access and repeatable use. - Production File Configuration
A field is added in the production layout to reference the assigned image number, ensuring the correct artwork is applied during manufacturing.
Cost Structure
*Card orders may be subject to a daily cap.
File Setup Fee
Customers are required to pay a one-time set up fee.
Per Card Imaging Fee
Imaging fee is based on per card basis.
Blank Card Cost
Varies based on order volume.
Standard Fulfillment Fees

Production Technology – Artista Printer
All personalization is produced using the Artista Retransfer Printing System, designed for high-quality, secure card manufacturing at scale.

- Back side supports small color logo + black text printing
- Print resolution: 600 DPI

- Up to 100 cards/hour (single-sided)

- Six-compartment hopper system
- Total capacity: 750 cards (6 x 125-card hoppers)
- Inline magnetic stripe encoding and EMV chip encoding support
